About this task

Job Description:
Provide English–Nepali translation and interpretation support to factory auditors, facilitating effective communication between auditors and factory personnel through accurate translation of written documents and interpretation of verbal exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate audit reports, technical documents, correspondence, and policies from English to Nepali and vice versa with precision and clarity.
- Accompany auditors during factory visits and provide real-time interpretation during meetings, interviews, and discussions with factory staff.
- Assist auditors in understanding Nepali-language documents, regulations, and cultural nuances relevant to the audit process.
- Act as a communication liaison between English-speaking auditors and Nepali-speaking factory personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of translated documents and interpretation sessions for reference and reporting.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Nepali, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in translation and interpretation.

Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia; work includes factory visits.
