Supply Chain Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Implement supply chain management procedures; coordinate domestic and overseas material accounting, production scheduling and material readiness to ensure stable production.
2. Track cross-border purchase orders, manage supplier delivery schedules and quality, maintain domestic and overseas supplier resources, and conduct supplier assessments and improvements.
3. Manage international logistics booking, customs declarations and transportation throughout the delivery process; resolve delays, port congestion, cargo damage and other delivery exceptions.
4. Control domestic and overseas inventory, clear slow-moving materials, prepare supply chain performance reports and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
5. Establish cross-border risk management and compliance systems covering international trade rules, customs declarations, foreign exchange, tariffs and ESG compliance; handle supply chain emergencies.
6. Review and archive import and export documents; follow up on tax refunds, foreign exchange matters and customs audits to mitigate documentation risks.
7. Build and manage the supply chain team, coordinate domestic and overseas departments, maintain upstream and downstream partnerships, and improve standardized supply chain processes.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, international trade, logistics or a related field.
2. More than five years of manufacturing supply chain experience and more than three years of hands-on supply chain management experience in multinational export businesses.
3. Familiarity with cross-border procurement, international logistics, import and export customs clearance, and documentation compliance; knowledge of basic international trade terminology and policies.
4. Proficiency in ERP and office software, with strong data analysis, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
5. Basic English reading, writing and communication skills; meticulous, execution-focused and results-oriented.
6. Preferred qualifications: CSCP or SCMP certification; on-site supply chain experience in Europe, North America or Southeast Asia; familiarity with RCEP rules; experience implementing lean or digital supply chains; familiarity with overseas ODM/OEM supply chain models.

2，跟进跨境采购订单、供应商交期与质量管控，维护海内外供应商资源，完成供应商考核优化；
3，负责国际物流订舱、报关、运输全流程跟进，处理物流延误、滞港、货损等各类交付异常；
4，管控海内外库存，清理呆滞物料，输出供应链数据复盘报告，落地降本优化方案；
5，建立跨境风控与合规体系，把控国际贸易规则、海关申报、外汇、关税、ESG合规，处理供应链突发异常；
6，负责进出口单证审核、归档，跟进退税、外汇、海关稽查等合规工作，规避单证风险；
7，搭建管理供应链团队，联动海内外各部门，维护上下游合作资源，完善供应链标准化流程体系。

任职要求
1，本科及以上学历，供应链、国贸、物流等相关专业；
2，5年以上制造业供应链经验，3年以上跨国出口企业供应链实操管理经验；
3，熟悉跨境采购、国际物流、进出口报关、单证合规全流程，掌握基础国贸术语与政策；
4，熟练操作ERP、办公系统，具备良好的数据统计、问题解决、跨部门协同能力；
5，具备基础英文读写沟通能力，细致严谨、执行力强，结果导向；
6，加分项：持有CSCP/SCMP供应链证书、有欧美/东南亚供应链驻地经验、熟悉RCEP规则、精益供应链/数字化供应链落地经验、熟悉海外ODM/OEM供应链模式。
