Planning Engineer – Oil and Gas Projects

About this task

Position: Planning Engineer; one opening.

Requirements:
1. Under 45 years old.
2. Good spoken English and listening comprehension, with excellent English writing skills.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with departments to collect project information, accompany the project manager to progress meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.
2. Enter or revise project L3 schedules and PMS using Primavera P6 and Excel, and support schedule monitoring with Gantt charts, S-curves, and other tools.
3. Track and compile the status of design, procurement, and construction activities, and prepare daily and weekly project reports.

Compensation and working arrangements:
1. Monthly salary of RMB 25,000–28,000; negotiable for outstanding candidates. Coverage under the five statutory social insurance schemes is provided.
2. Work for five months followed by one month of leave. Pay during leave is RMB 4,500.
3. Departure for the overseas assignment will take place once the required formalities are completed.

2. 通过Primavera P6和Excel等输入或改写项目L3计划和PMS，通过甘特图、S曲线等工具辅助计划监测。
3. 跟踪统计设计、采购、施工等项目状态，编制项目日报和周报。

薪资与工作安排：
1. 月薪2.5-2.8万，优秀者可议，提供五险。
2. 上5个月休1个月，休假工资4500。
3. 办完手续后出国。
