Finance Supervisor in Thailand (English Required; Thai Preferred)

About this task

Work location: Krabi Province or Songkhla Province in southern Thailand. Projects: the Koh Lanta Bridge or the bridge across Songkhla Lake. Position: Head of Finance for an overseas project.

Responsibilities:
- Internal controls: Participate in reviewing and signing major commercial contracts and agreements, monitor their implementation, and implement the bureau’s and company’s core management policies.
- Accounting administration: Establish and maintain accounting ledgers, review accounting records, ensure accounting information quality, and organize, retain, and hand over accounting archives.
- Cash management: Manage funding plans, centralized funds, and accounts receivable.
- Tax management: Handle tax planning and the management of all applicable taxes.
- Financial analysis: Participate in business performance analysis and manage performance indicators.

Requirements:
- Be familiar with accounting practices in construction companies and able to comply with relevant accounting laws and financial accounting systems.
- Be proficient in financial software and office software, and familiar with standard workflows in the relevant accounting discipline.
- Be able to independently develop and implement specialized work plans, with knowledge of economic management and construction organization management processes.
- Understand basic industry conditions and possess skills in construction accounting and oversight, financial management, cost management, and tax management.
- Understand the company’s strategic objectives, identify with its culture, and be familiar with its management policies.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, financial management, finance, or a related field.
- Hold an intermediate-level professional qualification or above; this may be relaxed to an assistant-level qualification for exceptional candidates.
- Have at least three years of construction-industry experience; this may be relaxed to two years for exceptional candidates.
- Have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Thai language skills and overseas work experience are preferred.
- Accept assignment to the company’s overseas project countries.

Compensation and benefits:
- Listed salary: 18–20k per month, with 13 salary payments per year. The detailed description separately states RMB 16,000–18,000 per month.
- Meals, accommodation, visa arrangements, and round-trip airfare are provided.
- After every five months of work, employees receive 15 days of fully paid home leave with round-trip airfare reimbursed.
- Additional benefits include annual holiday cash bonuses of RMB 12,000, an overseas allowance of RMB 1,000 per month, and length-of-service allowances.

岗位职责：
- 内控管理：参与重要经济合同、协议的评审、签订，并督促执行；执行局、公司核心管理制度。
- 基础管理：建立健全各类台账；审核会计资料；管理会计信息质量；负责会计档案的整理、保管和移交。
- 资金管理：负责资金计划管理、资金集中管理及应收款项管理。
- 税务管理：负责税务规划及全税种管理。
- 财务分析：参与经济活动分析及指标管理。

任职要求：
- 熟悉施工企业会计核算，能按照有关会计法规和财务会计制度执行。
- 熟练掌握财务软件及相关办公软件，熟悉所在会计领域的常规工作流程。
- 能独立组织制定专项工作计划并实施；熟悉经济管理、工程施工组织管理知识及流程。
- 了解本行业基本态势，具备工程会计核算与监督、财务管理、成本管理及税务管理能力。
- 了解企业战略目标、认同企业文化，掌握企业各项管理规定。
- 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、金融及相关专业。
- 中级职称及以上，特别优秀者可放宽至助理级职称。
- 具有建筑行业3年以上从业经验，特别优秀者可放宽至2年。
- 具备基本的英语听说读写能力，会泰语、有海外工作经验者优先。
- 服从公司海外项目国别安排。

薪资福利：
- 薪资字段为18-20k·13薪；职位描述另列1.6-1.8万元/月。
- 包吃、包住、包签证和往返机票。
- 工作每满5个月，可带全薪回国休假15天，并报销往返机票。
- 另有过节红包1.2万元/年、海外津贴1000元/月及工龄补贴等。
