About this task

Role Overview:
Take full responsibility for the Nigerian hotel's supply chain management across China and Nigeria, coordinating procurement of hotel operating supplies and engineering materials, as well as warehouse management, to build an efficient, compliant, and stable supply chain.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute supply chain operations across China and Nigeria, establishing end-to-end management processes for procurement, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies for hotel operating supplies, including guestroom supplies, cleaning consumables, food ingredients, and linens.
3. Procure engineering materials, including hardware, electrical supplies, plumbing materials, and spare parts; lead engineering supplier development, evaluation, and management.
4. Develop and maintain supplier networks in China and Nigeria; establish supplier admission, evaluation, and removal mechanisms, and continuously optimize supply chain resources.
5. Coordinate shipments from China, international logistics, customs clearance, and delivery tracking to ensure compliant and timely importation.
6. Oversee warehouse planning and daily management; establish standards for receiving, storage, dispatch, stocktaking, and safety to ensure accurate inventory records, appropriate stock levels, and secure materials.
7. Develop procurement budgets and cost-control plans, compare supplier quotations, regularly analyze price trends, and propose cost-saving measures.
8. Manage procurement and warehouse teams; standardize procurement and warehousing processes, records, and archives to ensure transparency and traceability.
9. Coordinate with hotel operations, engineering, finance, and headquarters in China to align supply availability with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above and more than five years of procurement or supply chain management experience; experience in hotels, engineering, or overseas assignments is preferred.
- Ability to manage the entire supply chain, with familiarity with cross-border procurement, logistics, customs clearance, and warehouse management.
- Ability to use English as a working language.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, team management and cross-functional coordination skills, integrity, and self-discipline.

1、供应链体系搭建：统筹中国与尼日利亚两地供应链规划与执行，建立采购、发运、清关、仓储、配送全链路管理机制。
2、酒店物资采购：负责客房用品、清洁耗材、餐饮食材、棉织品等运营物资的采购策略制定与执行。
3、工程物资与供应商开发：负责五金电料、水暖器材、零配件等工程物资采购，主导工程供应商开发、评估与管理。
4、供应商管理：开发并维护中国及尼日利亚本地供应商体系，建立准入、评估、淘汰机制，持续优化供应链资源。
5、跨境物流与清关：统筹国内发运、国际物流、清关及到货跟进，确保物资合规、及时入境。
6、仓库管理统筹：负责仓库整体规划与日常管理，建立物资入库、存储、出库、盘点及安全管理规范，确保账实相符、库存合理、物资安全。
7、成本控制：制定采购预算与成本控制方案，货比三家，定期分析价格走势并提出降本建议。
8、团队与流程管理：统筹采购及仓库团队，规范采购、仓储流程及台账档案，确保流程透明可追溯。
9、跨部门协同：对接酒店运营、工程、财务及国内总部，保障物资供应与业务需求匹配。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上，5年以上采购或供应链管理经验，有酒店、工程或海外驻外经验优先。
- 具备供应链全链路统筹能力，熟悉跨境采购、物流、清关及仓储管理。
- 英语可作工作语言。
- 抗压能力强，具备团队管理与跨部门协调能力，廉洁自律。
