Head of Product and Product Operations, Keeta Drone

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Lead feature design and iterative optimization of Keeta Drone products for business and consumer users, and drive implementation.
2. Build and manage the product operations framework, using data-driven approaches to increase user engagement and commercial conversion.
3. Collaborate with product and engineering teams in China, overseas business teams, and Keeta's product and engineering teams to incubate products from concept to launch and drive growth at scale.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; computer science, engineering, product design, or a related discipline is preferred.
2. More than ten years of experience in product management or product operations, with strong product and business judgment and a proven record of leading complex products through the full lifecycle from planning to launch.
3. Excellent cross-team communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
4. Some ability to communicate in English and adaptability to the Middle Eastern working environment.

岗位基本需求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机、工程、产品设计或相关专业优先。
2、10年以上产品或产品运营相关工作经验，有产品和业务思维，具备成功主导复杂产品从规划到上线的完整经验。
3、优秀的跨团队沟通与项目管理能力，能够高效推动多方协作。
4、有一定英语沟通能力，适应中东工作环境。
