Process Engineer – Oil and Gas Pipeline Project

Position: Process Engineer

Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old. Overseas work experience is preferred. The English proficiency requirement may be relaxed, provided the candidate can communicate effectively.
2. At least two years of experience independently managing process construction at stations or process facilities, with full project lifecycle management experience covering construction, intermediate handover and commissioning/start-up. Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME and ASTM is required.

Role:
Serve as the on-site technical lead for the project's process discipline, including off-site long-distance pipelines. Take responsibility for process engineering, quality, documentation and commissioning compliance throughout construction. Coordinate with the designer, construction crews, owner and supervision consultant to ensure compliant, timely and safe delivery of process systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Construction technical planning and documentation
- Participate in drawing reviews and design briefings; assess the constructability of P&IDs, piping layouts and equipment drawings, and propose drawing improvements and solutions for deviations.
- Prepare discipline-specific construction plans covering pipe welding, pressure testing, blowing and cleaning, process equipment installation, individual equipment testing and integrated trial runs, together with work instructions and technical briefing documents.
- Prepare process construction schedules and material plans aligned with the overall project schedule, and coordinate the arrival of piping materials, equipment and tools.
2. On-site technical guidance and quality control
- Provide technical guidance throughout the installation of process piping and off-site long-distance pipelines, ensuring crews follow drawings, standards and approved plans.
- Control the quality of critical activities, including welding, nondestructive testing (RT/UT/MT/PT), corrosion protection, insulation and valve testing; organize inspection submissions and acceptance inspections for concealed works.
- Resolve site technical issues involving design changes, material substitutions and construction deviations; process technical change confirmations and coordinate formal change documentation with the designer.
3. Testing, commissioning and start-up support
- Define piping pressure-test packages; organize strength, leak-tightness, blowing and gas-tightness tests, verify compliance and retain complete records.
- Participate in pre-handover inspections and intermediate handover; lead the identification of outstanding process-discipline items and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Prepare technical plans for pre-commissioning and feed introduction/start-up; support the owner with individual equipment testing, integrated trial runs and start-up assistance, and resolve process-related technical issues during commissioning.
4. Documentation and compliance
- Compile process-discipline handover documentation in accordance with project requirements, including welding records, pressure-test and blowing records, valve installation records and off-site pipeline installation records.
- Implement HSE technical measures and participate in process safety risk identification and control.
5. Multidisciplinary coordination
- Coordinate overlapping work with equipment, electrical, instrumentation, civil construction, corrosion protection and other disciplines to ensure smooth sequencing.
- Attend technical meetings and quality acceptance inspections; liaise with the owner, supervision consultant and subcontractors, and support project schedule, cost and safety management.

Compensation and rotation:
Net monthly pay is RMB 25,000, negotiable for outstanding candidates. Work five months followed by one month of unpaid leave.

工艺工程师

任职要求：
1. 50岁以下，有海外工作经验优先。英语要求可以适当放宽，能沟通即可。
2. 2年以上独立负责站场或装置工艺施工经验，具备完整项目全周期（施工—中交—投产）管理经验；熟悉API、ASME、ASTM等国际标准。

岗位定位：
作为项目工艺专业（包括站外长输管线）的现场技术负责人，对施工全过程的工艺技术、质量、资料、试运合规性负责，衔接设计单位、施工班组、业主与监理四方，保障工艺系统按规范、按工期、按安全要求落地交付。

岗位职责：
1. 施工技术策划与文件编制
- 参与图纸会审与设计交底，核对P&ID、管道布置图、设备图纸的施工可行性，提出图纸优化与偏差处理建议。
- 编制工艺专业专项施工方案，包括管道焊接、压力试验、吹扫清洗、工艺设备安装、单机及联动试车等，配套作业指导书与技术交底文件。
- 编制工艺专业施工进度与材料计划，匹配项目总工期，协调管材、设备、机具的进场节奏。
2. 现场施工技术与质量管控
- 负责工艺管道、站外长输管线安装全过程的技术指导，监督班组按图纸、规范、方案作业。
- 管控焊接、无损检测（RT/UT/MT/PT）、防腐保温、阀门校验等关键工序质量，组织工序报验与隐蔽工程验收。
- 处理设计变更、材料代用、施工偏差等现场技术问题，办理技术签证，对接设计单位出具正式变更文件。
3. 试验与投产试车配合
- 划分管道试压包，组织工艺管道的强度试验、严密性试验、吹扫与气密试验，确认试验结果合规并留存完整记录。
- 参与项目“三查四定”与中间交接（中交），牵头梳理工艺专业尾项并督促闭环整改。
- 编制预试车、投料试车技术方案，配合业主完成单机试车、联动试车及投产保驾，解决试车阶段的工艺技术问题。
4. 资料与合规管理
- 按项目文件编制要求整理工艺专业交工技术资料，包括焊接记录、试压吹扫记录、阀门安装记录、站外管线安装记录等。
- 落实HSE技术措施，参与工艺安全风险辨识与管控。
5. 跨专业协调
- 协调工艺专业与设备、电气、仪表、土建、防腐等专业的交叉作业，保障工序衔接顺畅。
- 参与技术例会、质量验收，对接业主、监理及分包单位，配合项目进度、成本与安全管控。

薪资及轮休：
月薪到手25000元，优秀者可谈；上5个月休1个月，休假无工资。
