Position: Control Room Operator, one vacancy.

Requirements:
1. Under 48 years of age, with an associate degree or above in chemical engineering, automation or a related field.
2. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, the client, equipment manufacturers and upstream and downstream stations.
3. More than three years of commissioning and operations and maintenance experience with acid gas treatment units or similar projects. Familiarity with acid gas treatment processes and SOPs, alarm management, deviation handling, emergency response, normal plant startup and shutdown, and emergency shutdown. Experience in both commissioning and operations and maintenance is required, along with the ability to serve as a field team leader and lead control room operator.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and operate the control room to ensure safe, stable process operation and achievement of production targets.
2. Supervise control room operators to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
3. Monitor key process parameters in real time, including temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level and composition. Quickly assess abnormalities, make decisions and adjust operations to restore production.
4. Review production data, analyze operating trends, identify potential issues, recommend process improvements and assist the operations supervisor in improving operations.
5. Maintain close communication with field operators, maintenance personnel and the laboratory, coordinating the resolution of complex issues and ensuring effective information exchange.
6. Promptly report major production abnormalities, equipment failures and response actions to management.
7. When required during emergencies, act as the on-site control room incident commander and strictly follow emergency response plans to ensure correct and orderly emergency operations.
8. Participate in developing team training plans, organize technical exchanges and emergency drills, and improve the team's overall skills.
9. Strictly comply with company rules and lead by example in implementing HSE requirements to ensure safe and compliant control room operations.
10. Coordinate communication with upstream and downstream facilities.
11. Serve as a field operations team leader when required by site conditions.
12. Complete other tasks assigned on site.

Compensation and benefits:
1. Monthly base salary of 20,000 before tax and insurance deductions, plus monthly performance pay of 15,000. Five statutory social insurance schemes and housing provident fund contributions in Tianjin are provided.
2. The probation period is two months, paid at 80% of salary. Upon successful completion, the withheld 20% will be paid in the first month after confirmation. During probation, the general contractor, the client or the employer may terminate the contract at any time if the employee is deemed unqualified.

Leave:
Work on site for at least three months followed by one month of leave. Pay during leave is 3,000.

控制室操作员
一、岗位：控制室操作员1名。

二、要求：
1、48岁以下，大专及以上学历，化工、自动化或相关专业。
2、英语听说读写流利，能和监理、业主、厂家、上下游场站进行良好的沟通。
3、3年以上酸气处理装置或同类型项目试运及运维经验，熟悉酸气处理装置流程和SOP、报警管理、偏差和应急处置、装置正常启停和紧急停车，有试运调试及运维经验。具备现场领班和中控主操能力。

三、职责：
1、负责控制室的监控与操作，确保工艺流程的安全稳定运行，达成各项生产指标。
2、监督中控操作员严格执行标准操作程序（SOP）。
3、实时监控关键工艺参数（温度、压力、流量、液位、组分等），对异常情况快速判断、决策，并采取调整措施恢复生产。
4、审核生产数据，分析运行趋势，发现潜在问题并提出工艺优化建议，协助运行主管改进操作。
5、与现场操作员、维修人员、化验室等保持密切沟通，协调处理复杂问题，确保信息畅通。
6、及时向上级报告重大生产异常、设备故障及处置情况。
7、在应急情况下，可以担任控制室现场指挥，严格执行应急预案，确保应急操作正确、有序。
8、参与制定班组培训计划，组织技术交流和应急演练，提升团队整体技能水平。
9、严格遵守公司各项规章制度，带头执行HSE要求，确保控制室操作安全合规。
10、负责与上下游之间的沟通联络。
11、根据现场情况可担任外操领班岗。
12、完成现场安排的其它工作。

四、待遇：
1、税前险前基本工资20000/月+绩效15000/月，天津五险一金。
2、试用期2个月，发80%薪资，试用合格，在转正后第一个月将差额20%补齐。试用期内，总包、业主或我方判定不合格有权随时解除合同。

五、休假：
至少现场工作3个月休1个月，休假工资3000。
