Content Evaluator – Bilingual (French and English)

About this task

Part-time remote role evaluating AI customer-support interactions on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger.

Responsibilities:
- Review and score AI-generated customer interactions across areas including action fidelity, faithfulness, hallucination, compliance, tone, and handoff.
- Verify informational and transactional customer queries against authoritative business sources such as FAQs, product catalogs, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in dual reviews and daily calibration audits to support consistent evaluation and ground-truth performance targets.

Requirements:
- Customer-service experience, including call centers, retail, or customer communications by email, chat, or phone, is highly prioritized.
- Exceptional written English and French, including command of tone, brand voice, grammar, and nuance.
- Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines and use web-based tools and labeling interfaces.
