Bilingual Content Evaluator (Vietnamese and English)

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Review and score AI-generated customer support interactions using detailed evaluation rubrics.
- Verify informational and transactional responses against authoritative business sources such as FAQs, product catalogs, and SOPs.
- Participate in dual reviews and calibration audits to support consistent quality standards.

Requirements:
- Exceptional written English and Vietnamese, including grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Customer service, call center, retail, or customer communications experience is highly prioritized.
- Ability to follow complex evaluation guidelines and use web-based tools.
- Remote role available in the United States with flexible hours. Pay is up to $20 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
