Physician Clinical Reasoning Reviewer – EHR Cases

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Review clinical vignettes against supporting de-identified longitudinal electronic health records.
- Identify inaccurate, unsupported, or missing clinical information and assess the medical accuracy, completeness, and specificity of proposed answers.
- Evaluate clinical reasoning for gaps, contradictions, or unsupported conclusions; document findings, confidence, and evidence-based justification.
- Flag cases requiring specialty review or senior adjudication and complete an initial calibration process.

Requirements:
- Physician-level medical expertise and strong clinical judgment.
- Experience reviewing longitudinal clinical records and clinical reasoning.
- Ability to provide clear, evidence-based assessments, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (United States) and current residence in the United States.
- Remote, task-based clinical review through a secure annotation platform. Project period is through October 2, 2026, subject to task availability. Compensation is $150 USD per hour.
