Performance Ad Creator

About this task

Create performance-focused video ads, owning the process from customer research and creative concept through scripting and finished production. Work with the creative lead and media buyers to learn from advertising results and improve subsequent creative.

Responsibilities:
- Research products, customer reviews, purchase motivations and objections to identify promising advertising angles.
- Develop original paid-social advertising concepts, especially for Meta, selecting selling ideas and formats appropriate to the audience.
- Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls to action in English.
- Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content and AI-generated assets, handling editing, voiceover, captions, sound and pacing.
- Experiment with storytelling approaches and use performance feedback to improve future ads.
- Use AI in the creative workflow where it improves results.

Work arrangement: 100% remote, with recruitment restricted to the listed countries.
