AI Content Creator (Contract)

About this task

Part-time contract role creating AI-generated video, image, and audio content for social platforms. Compensation is $500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Produce a high volume of AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Maintain consistent visual identities, characters, settings, and aesthetics across content series and hundreds of generations.
- Own end-to-end production, including ideation, prompting, generation, light editing, captioning, and publishing.
- Manage and grow social accounts, including posting cadence, comment and DM engagement, and basic community management.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data, expanding successful approaches and discontinuing ineffective ones.
- Track AI-generated content trends and propose formats and ideas.
- Collaborate with the growth team on briefs, narrative angles, and distribution strategy.

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of content personally created using AI tools, demonstrating actual work.
- Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 of Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain visual and character consistency across multi-shot AI-generated content.
- Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, storytelling, and internet-native content formats.
- Comfort with iterative prompt engineering and deciding when to adjust a prompt, change models, or start over.
- Experience running personal or brand social accounts and understanding reach, engagement, and follower growth on at least one major platform.
- Self-directed working style and ability to execute a loose brief without heavy oversight.
- Ability to produce content daily on a consistent cadence.
