Video Production Specialist

About this task

The Video Production Specialist supports the Video Production Lead in conceptualizing, creating, and developing video, audio, and animated content for internal and external communications, online events, and live events.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to develop and deliver multimedia content aligned with project objectives.
- Support studio, remote, and on-location shoots, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist with production logistics, crew and talent coordination, location scouting, and on-site support.
- Capture, edit, and produce video and audio content.
- Collaborate with external production companies and help maintain and equip the New York City video studio.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and conceptual thinking.
- Clear communication and the ability to understand and convey diverse concepts.
- Excellent execution, organization, judgment, and professional ethics.

Location and schedule: Based at the New York City studio, with four days per week in the office. Fridays may be remote, but office attendance is required when needed.
