About this task
Job Responsibilities
1. Source, contact and recruit Spanish‑speaking creators, KOLs and agencies for TikTok Shop US.
2. Negotiate cooperation terms including commission, campaign requirements and delivery schedules.
3. Maintain long‑term relationships with partners, answer operational questions and push content & live‑stream progress.
4. Track cooperation data, sort out feedback, optimize recruitment and operation strategies.
5. Complete other BD‑related tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
1. Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken & written); able to communicate smoothly with Latin‑American creators.
2. Has BD / creator recruitment experience, familiar with TikTok Shop is preferred.
3. Good communication, negotiation and follow‑up ability, can independently push projects forward.
4. Patient, results‑oriented, able to work under pressure.
