About this task

Responsibilities:
- Perform copy-editing and on-demand translation for assigned projects or accounts, ensuring high-quality linguistic deliverables.
- Provide linguistic lead support for assigned projects or accounts.
- Manage and maintain glossaries, style guides, and work instructions, keeping them current and aligned with quality standards.
- Manage project-related queries and resolve terminology and language questions with team members.
- Coordinate with freelancers and agencies; test and qualify new freelancers and vendors as required.
- Develop and train internal linguists and external partners according to account and organizational needs.
- Interact with clients on linguistic matters and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in developing and improving working processes.
- Meet or exceed productivity, on-time delivery, and quality KPIs and achieve goals set by the team manager.

Requirements:
- University degree in Translation, Applied Languages, or Linguistic Studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Location and engagement:
- Remote role based in Vietnam.
- Contract engagement.
