About this task

Age: 25–45.
1. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation in Kazakh; able to communicate in everyday and business settings.
2. Provide interpretation at construction sites to ensure smooth on-site communication.
3. Coordinate communication between Chinese and foreign personnel and ensure information is conveyed accurately.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
5. Be dependable, responsible, law-abiding, and in good health, with no unhealthy habits.
6. Be able to work under pressure and independently; demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, confidentiality awareness, and willingness to follow work assignments.

年龄：25–45岁。
1. 精通哈萨克语听、说、读、写、译，能够进行日常及商务沟通。
2. 负责施工现场翻译，保障现场沟通顺畅。
3. 协调中外人员沟通，确保信息准确传达。
4. 完成领导安排的其他工作。
5. 人品踏实稳重，责任心强，遵纪守法，身体健康，无不良嗜好。
6. 抗压能力和独立工作能力强，沟通协调能力突出，有责任心和保密意识，服从工作安排。
