French Translator

About this task

Location: Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Preference is given to candidates with an academic background in French. Candidates with administrative translation or external liaison experience, as well as those interested in developing a career in logistics, are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and human resources support, translation, and external liaison coordination.
2. Handle cross-border freight transport operations, including supervising truck/container loading and unloading, import and export customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
3. Prepare transport-related documentation.
4. Settle transportation expenses.
5. Coordinate and handle transport incidents.

Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above from a regular full-time university program, with a major in French, logistics, translation, shipping, or a related field.
2. Some understanding of administrative liaison, logistics operations, fleet management, and related procedures.
3. Ability to use French as a working language and fluency in English.
4. Proficiency in commonly used office software.
5. A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.

岗位职责：
1. 提供行政、人力资源支持，承担翻译及外联对接等工作。
2. 负责跨境货物运输操作，包括监督管理装卸车及集装箱、进出口清关、运输动态跟踪等。
3. 制作运输所需的相关单证。
4. 结算运输费用。
5. 协调、处理运输意外事故。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，法语、物流、翻译、航运相关专业。
2. 对行政外联、物流业务、车队管理等操作流程有一定了解。
3. 法语可作为基本工作语言，英语流利。
4. 熟练使用常用办公软件。
5. 责任心强、抗压能力强，具有团队协作意识。
