Portuguese Translator (Administrative Management)

About this task

Responsibilities:
Assist the administrative affairs manager with power station administration, finance, human resources, production, and safety management to ensure stable operation of the facilities.
1. Implement company policies covering administration, finance, human resources, production, safety, inventory receipts and dispatches, and power station operations management.
2. Report regularly on power station operations and work progress, and recommend improvements to operational management.
3. Receive important visitors.
Requirements:
1. At least two years of work experience.
2. Excellent Portuguese communication and translation skills.
3. Project operations experience; a background or relevant experience in Portuguese, electrical power, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
4. Ability to coordinate internal and external resources, with strong communication skills.
5. Strong ability to identify and analyze problems and drive their resolution, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability.
6. No history of adverse medical conditions.
7. Willingness to undertake long-term business travel to Manaus.
Compensation and benefits: Total monthly take-home compensation of RMB 25,000–30,000, comprising base salary and an overseas allowance, paid monthly. Meals, accommodation, transportation, round-trip airfare, and visa are provided. After six months, employees receive 15 days of paid home leave.
Work location: Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil.

2. 定期汇报电站运营和工作开展情况，并对电站运营管理提出改善建议。
3. 接待重要来访人员。
任职要求：
1. 具有2年以上工作经验。
2. 具备优秀的葡萄牙语沟通、交流和翻译能力。
3. 具有项目运营经验；葡萄牙语、电力、机械相关专业或具备相关经验、技能者优先。
4. 善于协调内外部资源，具有良好的沟通能力。
5. 具有较强的发现、分析和推动解决问题的能力，以及较强的责任感和执行力。
6. 没有不良疾病记录。
7. 能接受长期出差至玛瑙斯。
薪资福利：综合薪资到手25000–30000元/月，由岗位基础工资和海外津贴组成，按月发放；包吃住行、往返机票和签证；满6个月可享15天带薪回国休假。
工作地点：巴西亚马逊州玛瑙斯。
