Language Data Analyst (Arabic)

About this task

A fully remote, full-time contract engagement for up to eight months, requiring 40 hours per week. The recruitment location is the United Arab Emirates. This is a bring-your-own-device role; a laptop is required.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate, and improve multilingual text classifier outputs.
- Identify recurring data errors and improve rules, logic, and workflows.
- Collaborate with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers.
- Translate and validate taxonomy content, including skills, titles, and occupations, between English and Arabic.
- Document findings and follow established processes to maintain data quality and consistency.

Requirements:
- Fluency in written and read Arabic and English, with strong attention to linguistic detail.
- Understanding of syntax and structural language analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field is preferred.
