About this task

Job purpose:
Provide accurate and professional Arabic-English translation of contracts, official letters, legal documents, and corporate correspondence, ensuring linguistic accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Translate employment contracts, commercial agreements, official letters, and corporate correspondence between Arabic and English.
- Translate legal and administrative documents while preserving their original meaning, intent, and terminology.
- Review and proofread translations for accuracy, consistency, and professional quality.
- Protect the confidentiality of contracts, employee information, and sensitive documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify technical, legal, and contractual terminology.
- Maintain organized translation records and deliver assignments within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure translations meet applicable official requirements for formal submission or use.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional translation experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, defense, or manufacturing.
- Valid professional translator license or official accreditation from the relevant competent authority in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience translating contracts, official letters, legal documents, and corporate correspondence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Professional integrity and confidentiality.
