QA - Mandarin (Singapore)

Work location: Remote in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate text-based customer service interactions according to detailed project guidelines.
- Assess AI-generated classifications and determine whether they accurately reflect the content and intent of each conversation.
- Read customer support conversations, interpret their context, and make objective judgments based on predefined evaluation criteria.
- Apply annotation guidelines consistently and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:
- Native Mandarin (Singapore) speaker with excellent written comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in meaning.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Previous experience with data annotation, content moderation, AI evaluation, linguistic annotation, or similar analytical tasks is a plus.
- No specialized technical background is required.
