Onsite Project Moderator – Bengali Speaker (Pune, India)

About this task

Work location: On-site in Pune, India.
Engagement model: Freelance / Independent Contractor.
Expected schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Project duration: 6–8 weeks. Estimated start: ASAP; the project is scheduled for late August and September 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Guide participants through recording sessions for a data collection study involving an AI virtual assistant, ensuring study requirements are followed.
- Understand project documentation and assist participants throughout the collection process.
- Resolve participant issues and escalate unresolved problems.
- Collect data using client tools, track progress, and work toward daily collection targets.
- Communicate session details to the Project Manager and production team, and coordinate with the project team.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of data collection technology and work with relevant hardware and software.

Requirements:
- Available to work on-site in Pune for 8 hours per day throughout the project.
- Idiomatic fluency in Bengali and solid English skills.
- Strong technical skills, especially with iOS and macOS.
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to lead conversations on different topics.
- Detail-oriented, independent, adaptable, and able to solve problems.
- Experience in moderation, facilitation, or similar roles is preferred.
