Western Punjabi Voice Data Collection Participant (Pahari, Pothwari, Mirpuri, or Hindko)

About this task

Participate in a paid Western Punjabi voice collection project to improve voice recognition technologies for virtual assistants.

Responsibilities:
- Take part in a recorded conversation with another participant while wearing earbuds.
- Follow prompts to discuss everyday topics such as hobbies, shopping, weather, and general opinions naturally.

Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Have idiomatic fluency in Western Punjabi (Pahari, Pothwari, Mirpuri, or Hindko).
- Be available to attend an onsite session in London.
- Be comfortable participating in a recorded conversation.

Location and duration:
- The session takes place at a centrally located office in London and lasts up to 2.5 hours.
- The full address will be provided after selection confirmation.
- This is a one-session, project-based opportunity.

Compensation:
- Each participant receives $170 USD upon successful completion.
- The study is conducted in pairs. Participants may join with a friend, classmate, or partner; those registering with someone they know receive scheduling priority.
