Senior FQA Games Tester - Warsaw (English speaker)

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned game test cases using predefined test runs, following test plans and testing procedures.
- Identify, reproduce, and accurately document defects, inconsistencies, unexpected behaviors, and potential quality issues.
- Suggest improvements to existing test cases, test suites, and execution approaches.
- Participate in test strategy discussions and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate testing results, defects, and observations clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with QA team members and other project stakeholders, manage assigned workloads, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in game testing, software quality assurance, or a related field.
- Native-level English proficiency and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to execute test cases and follow predefined test plans and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Genuine passion for video games and familiarity with gaming platforms and genres.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland, with supporting documentation.
- Must be based in the Warsaw area or within commuting distance of the office.

Working conditions:
- Onsite in Warsaw, Poland.
- Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day during core business hours.
- Mandate contract.
