LQA Game Tester (French) - Full Time Onsite

About this task

Full-time, onsite French-language localization QA role in Braga, Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Work within a multilingual project team to check localized game text, images and user interfaces.
- Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation and other language errors.
- Detect cultural inconsistencies and ensure translations are accurate in context.
- Maintain consistency in terminology and imagery and check adherence to console manufacturer guidelines.
- Identify missing or incorrect content and verify the display and formatting of dates, calendars and characters.
- Log errors and bugs, write reports and suggest improvements.
- Perform ad hoc translation and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
- Test games across PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation VR2, mobile and tablet platforms.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required.
- Fluency in French and conversational English.
- Strong cultural understanding of French.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel, and strong internet research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using different software, applications and websites.
- Clear, concise communication and the ability to collaborate within project teams.
