About this task

Responsibilities:
- Manage the translation portfolio against quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the team leader.
- Translate product labels and user manuals into French for products sold in NOZ stores.
- Identify source files and images, verify required labeling elements, and check source documents against client tagging rules.
- Reuse suitable translations from the translation archive.
- Apply legal requirements governing product-label translations.
- Complete daily translation reporting and check translations before delivery in their final format.
- Request additional client information when mandatory labeling components are missing or images are unclear.
- Complete urgent translations within 24 hours, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to improvements in translation processes.

Requirements:
- Higher education.
- French at C1 level; English, German, Italian, and Spanish at a minimum of B2 level.
- Knowledge of technical translation.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus Outlook.
- Programs used: Selligent and SAP.
- At least six months of translation experience; the listing's experience field specifies 1–6 years.
- Planning, organization, time management, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
