Senior Project Manager - Translation and Localization

About this task

Manage translation and localization projects and communicate with clients to ensure all instructions are implemented.

Responsibilities:
- Add projects and purchase orders to Transparent software.
- Estimate project deadlines and deliver projects on time.
- Conduct quality assurance using CAT tools.
- Handle customer communications about new projects, opportunities, feedback, queries, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Address positive and negative feedback and follow up on implementation.

Requirements:
- Excellent to fluent English.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Education: Any graduation.
