Academy Translator

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Provide spoken and written English-Arabic translation for academy players, coaches, and staff.
- Interpret during training sessions, tactical meetings, and match analysis so players understand coaching instructions.
- Translate club documents, training materials, reports, and internal communications.
- Facilitate communication between international players and academy staff and support players' integration.
- Accurately convey football tactics, coaching terminology, set-piece strategies, and video analysis discussions.
- Design and deliver English language sessions and educational lectures for academy residency players, including football terminology, general communication, media interactions, and daily conversation.
- Help players develop academic and professional language skills.
- Provide educational supervision and mentor young international players as they adapt to a new cultural and football environment and develop life skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or Literature.
- SAFF/AFC C License and FIFA Guardian safeguarding qualification, as listed in the source.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of football tactics, coaching methodologies, and terminology.
- English language teaching or training experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Listed experience range: 1–6 years.
