Spanish-Speaking Financial Analyst

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with company budgeting and budget management, monitor key business and financial indicators and budget execution, identify and flag financial risks, and provide decision support to business leaders.
2. Prepare management reports for business lines and reconcile management reports with financial statements monthly to ensure accuracy; support the automation of management and financial reporting.
3. Develop business insights and collaborate closely with the Finance Business Partner team on in-depth financial analysis, identifying key issues and improving financial performance.
4. Assist in developing business and finance processes, managing financial risks, and improving process efficiency.

Requirements:
1. At least one year of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong business and financial analysis skills and strategic thinking.
4. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use Spanish or English as a working language is preferred. Holders of visas for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia are preferred.

Work location: Peru; overseas assignment.
