Spanish Translator

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Translate company documents, contracts, reports, and emails between Chinese and Spanish, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide on-site interpretation for meetings, business negotiations, and client visits.
- Assist business teams with daily communication with clients and partners in Spanish-speaking markets, including emails, instant messages, and conference calls.
- Translate, localize, and proofread product documentation, promotional materials, and website content.
- Establish and maintain Spanish terminology databases and translation memories to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Complete other translation-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Spanish, translation, or a related field is preferred.
- Spanish proficiency at DELE B2 level or above, or equivalent ability; native or native-level Chinese proficiency.
- 1–3 years of Spanish translation experience; experience in business, legal, or technical translation is preferred.
- Excellent written translation skills, with accurate, fluent expression across different text types.
- Strong interpreting skills for routine meetings and business communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common translation tools such as Trados and MemoQ.
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork.
- Study or work experience in a Spanish-speaking country is preferred.

- 负责公司各类文件、合同、报告、邮件等的中西互译工作，确保翻译准确、专业、符合行业规范。
- 为公司会议、商务谈判、客户接待等场景提供现场口译支持。
- 协助业务团队与西语区客户、合作伙伴进行日常沟通，包括邮件往来、即时消息、电话会议等。
- 参与公司产品资料、宣传材料、网站内容等的本地化翻译与校对。
- 建立和维护公司西语术语库、翻译记忆库，提升翻译效率与一致性。
- 完成上级交办的其他翻译相关任务。

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，西班牙语、翻译或相关专业优先。
- 西班牙语达到 DELE B2 或以上水平，或具备同等语言能力；中文母语或达到母语水平。
- 具备1–3年西语翻译相关工作经验，有商务、法律、技术等领域翻译经验者优先。
- 优秀的笔译能力，文字表达准确、流畅，能驾驭不同文体。
- 良好的口译能力，能胜任日常会议及商务沟通场景。
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件及常见翻译工具，如 Trados、MemoQ 等。
- 工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
- 有西语国家留学、工作经历者优先。
