Logistics Network Operations Specialist (Spanish)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Execute first-mile cross-border logistics plans, including coordinating and following up on pickup, line-haul transportation, customs declarations, and customs clearance.
2. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, including carriers, customs clearance agents, and warehouses, to ensure timely transportation and service quality.
3. Track orders and parcels, resolve exceptions, and communicate promptly with platforms or customers.
4. Optimize transportation routes and cost structures according to business needs to improve overall operational efficiency.
5. Report operational data regularly, recommend improvements, and support management decision-making.
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with the full first-mile cross-border logistics process, including pickup, line-haul transportation, customs declarations, and customs clearance, with relevant practical experience. Spanish is mandatory.
2. Ability to coordinate carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and other internal and external resources while maintaining logistics timeliness and service quality.
3. Ability to track shipments, resolve logistics exceptions independently, and promptly update customers or platforms.
4. Awareness of cost and route optimization, with basic operational data review skills and the ability to recommend improvements.
5. Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Excel.

4. 根据业务需求，优化运输线路和成本结构，提高整体运营效率。
5. 定期汇报运营数据，提供改进建议，支持管理层决策。
任职要求：
1. 熟悉跨境头程物流全流程，了解揽收、干线、报关清关环节，有相关实操经验；西语为必须项。
2. 擅长对接承运商、清关行、仓库等内外多方资源，把控物流时效与服务质量。
3. 可跟踪货件状态，独立处理物流异常，及时同步客户或平台信息。
4. 具备成本与线路优化意识，会基础数据复盘，输出优化建议。
5. 沟通良好，抗压能力强，熟练使用Excel。
