About this task
Responsibilities:
- Interpret conversations accurately and completely between Cantonese and English.
- Maintain impartiality and confidentiality, listen attentively, and follow professional standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, with strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and availability for the position’s scheduling requirements. Previous interpreting experience is not required.
- Fully remote, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time: 9 hours per day, 5 days per week; part-time: 4.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Overnight shifts align with PST.
- Paid training lasts 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM PST. Live operations begin in week 4 upon successful completion. Payment terms: Net 10.
