Spanish-Speaking Management Trainee (Mexico City)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the head of the assigned business department—such as the regional general management office, headquarters network management, quality control, or customer service—in implementing key initiatives across Mexico.
2. Contribute recommendations and draft plans for major organizational projects, and collaborate with Mexican colleagues to implement them.
3. Monitor business anomalies through data analysis, identify issues and their root causes, and drive improvements.

Requirements:
1. Fluent spoken Spanish; candidates holding a visa permitting entry into Mexico are preferred.
2. Willingness to go beyond language skills rather than view the role solely as translation, with an interest in developing business expertise across multiple functions.
3. A positive, proactive attitude and strong cross-cultural communication skills.

职责描述：
1、协助所在业务部门（区域总经办、总部网络管理、质控、客服等其中一个部门）负责人推进各类重大事项在墨西哥全国落地。
2、参与所在组织重大项目计划的建议和起草，并与墨方员工协同推进落地。
3、通过数据分析监控业务异常，发现问题、找出根因并推动改善。

任职要求：
1、西语口语流利，有墨西哥入境签证者优先。
2、不局限于语言优势，不把自己定义为纯翻译，有意愿深入业务、多领域发展。
