Compensation and Performance Specialist (Spanish-speaking)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Compensation and Performance Manager in improving local compensation and performance policies, the broadband pay structure, and payroll ERP systems in Mexico.
2. Help ensure timely and accurate weekly payroll for frontline employees and biweekly payroll for functional staff.
3. Assist with HR projects for the Mexico country operation, including job-grade restructuring and HRIS projects.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or higher obtained through a regular full-time degree program; fluent Spanish is mandatory. Candidates with an entry visa are preferred.
2. Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, a responsible attitude, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
3. Willingness to undertake occasional domestic travel within Mexico.

2. 对数据敏感、认真负责，具有较强的保密意识。
3. 可接受少量墨西哥境内出差。
