Spanish-Speaking Financial Analyst

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with budgeting and budget management, monitor key business and financial indicators and budget execution, identify and flag financial risks, and provide decision-making support to business leaders.
2. Prepare management reports for business lines and reconcile them with financial statements monthly to ensure accuracy; support projects to automate management and financial reporting.
3. Develop business insights and work closely with the finance business partner team on in-depth financial analysis, identifying key issues and improving financial performance.
4. Assist in establishing business and finance processes, managing financial risks, and improving process efficiency.

Requirements:
1. At least one year of FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent business and financial analysis skills and strategic thinking.
4. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use Spanish or English as a working language is preferred. Candidates holding a US, UK, Canadian, or Australian visa are preferred.
Work location: Peru.
