Correct formatting and guideline-related errors, use reference audio to verify ambiguous cases, and provide feedback or flag recurring issues. Complete assigned quality-control tasks within project deadlines and productivity targets.

Requirements: Excellent written Sinhala, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of written-language conventions, punctuation, capitalization, and text formatting. Follow detailed guidelines consistently, work independently, and meet quality and productivity targets. Basic computer skills and reliable internet access are required. Experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is an advantage. Training and project guidelines are provided.
