Linguist – Eastern Punjabi

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe live or recorded Punjabi communications into accurate, court-ready written products.
- Provide verbal and written synopses, translations, and other project-required outputs.
- Identify and document colloquialisms, slang, coded language, and pertinent information for law enforcement personnel.
- Communicate relevant information to the client in a timely and professional manner.
- Travel to client sites as required.

Requirements:
- Punjabi and English language skills sufficient for accurate transcription and translation.
- Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain it.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills; able to work independently with accuracy and discretion.
