About this task

Responsibilities
1. Assist the General Manager in managing the factory at the assigned location and ensure project objectives are achieved.
2. Coordinate cross-functional resources, advance project schedules, and control project risks.
3. Communicate and collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure efficient information flow.
4. Undertake development assignments in technical or management tracks according to the company's strategic needs.
5. Adapt to an international working environment and comply with the company's overseas assignment arrangements.
Requirements
1. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in communicating in English or Spanish.
3. Strong learning ability, technical understanding, and management development potential.
4. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
5. Mechanical or electrical engineering majors are preferred.
6. Junior college diploma or above, with experience in import/export trade, management, or technical roles in manufacturing companies. Previous overseas experience is preferred.

5. 机械类、电气类专业优先。
6. 大专以上学历，具备生产制造企业进出口贸易类、管理类或技术类岗位工作经验，有出国经历优先。
