Project Delivery Manager, Latin America

About this task

Role Overview
Manage project delivery across Latin America throughout the lifecycle from contract handover to final acceptance. Serve as the dedicated client contact and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar photovoltaic and energy storage projects and act as the client contact.
2. Develop and control project plans and key milestones, including kick-off, design freeze, shipment, acceptance and payment collection documentation. Identify and mitigate schedule risks in advance.
3. Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements, coordinating quality inspections, document archiving, client acceptance and handover.
4. Identify, assess and track project risks, and manage changes through standard processes to minimize impacts on schedule, cost and quality.
5. Coordinate sales, research and development, supply chain, procurement, after-sales teams, contractors and clients.
6. Maintain client relationships and lead routine communication, issue resolution, acceptance and handover to improve satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Chinese employees or people of Chinese descent.
2. More than five years of experience delivering large-scale ground-mounted solar projects; battery energy storage system experience is preferred. Must have independently delivered solar projects exceeding 200 MW or energy storage projects exceeding 100 MWh and be familiar with the EPC model.
3. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.
4. English proficiency at C1 or above is mandatory; Spanish is an advantage.
5. Hold a valid international driving permit and be willing to spend more than 60% of working time travelling within Latin America.

3. 质量管理：确保符合公司标准与合同要求，统筹质量巡检、资料归档、客户验收与移交。
4. 风险与变更：识别、评估、跟踪项目风险，按标准流程处理变更，降低对进度、成本、质量的影响。
5. 跨部门协同：统筹销售、研发、供应链、采购、售后、施工方及客户等内外部协调工作。
6. 客户关系：维护客户合作，主导日常沟通、问题处理、验收移交，持续提升满意度。
任职要求
1. 中方员工或华裔。
2. 5年以上大型地面光伏交付经验，BESS储能经验优先；独立交付过200MW以上光伏或100MWh以上储能项目，熟悉EPC模式。
3. 持PMP/PRINCE2优先；具备优秀的沟通、协调、谈判与问题解决能力，结果导向。
4. 英语C1以上为硬性要求，西语加分。
5. 持有效国际驾照，接受拉美区60%以上出差。
