Project Delivery Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of intelligent low-voltage systems in Spanish-speaking or French-speaking regions, covering requirements analysis, solution design, equipment selection and implementation.
- Coordinate Chinese–Spanish or Chinese–French bilingual technical teams and clients, develop multilingual system integration plans and oversee implementation to ensure hardware/software compatibility and complete functionality.
- Lead cross-time-zone collaboration and use agile methodologies to deliver projects on schedule, targeting a go-live success rate of at least 98% and zero major incidents.
- Design standardized delivery documentation templates and establish knowledge-sharing systems to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key project indicators, such as bug-fix turnaround time and user-feedback response time, and regularly produce analytical reports to continuously improve delivery processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; a background in Spanish, French or electronic information engineering is preferred. A DELE C1/C2 certificate is required.
- More than five years of multinational intelligent low-voltage project management experience, having successfully led more than three large-scale system delivery projects in Spanish-speaking or French-speaking regions.
- Ability to interpret technical architectures, independently review code logic and propose improvements; familiarity with mainstream communication protocols is preferred.
- Fluent spoken Spanish or French, sufficient for on-site customer support and senior-level business negotiations in the relevant language regions.
- Familiarity with the ISO 9001 quality management system; delivery experience in smart campuses or data centers is preferred.
- Artificial intelligence industry experience is a plus.

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，西班牙语专业、法语专业或电子信息工程背景优先，持有DELE C1/C2证书。
- 5年以上跨国智能弱电项目管理经验，成功主导过3个以上西班牙语区或法语区大型系统交付案例。
- 具备技术架构解读能力，可独立评审代码逻辑并提出优化建议，熟悉主流通信协议者优先。
- 西班牙语或法语口语流利，能胜任相关语言地区客户现场支持及高层级商务洽谈。
- 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，具备智慧园区或数据中心等行业交付经验者优先考虑。
- 有人工智能行业经验者加分。
