About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of AGV/AMR logistics automation projects in Brazil, coordinating solution implementation, on-site deployment, equipment installation and commissioning, integrated system testing, delivery acceptance, and payment collection. Maintain strict control over project schedules, quality, costs, and safety risks.
2. Apply knowledge of local factory construction and production-line modification procedures in Brazil. Independently coordinate plant infrastructure, electrical works, and supporting construction resources; liaise with local subcontractors and third-party service providers; confirm site readiness, coordinate construction activities, and resolve issues to ensure smooth project mobilization.
3. Apply in-depth knowledge of Brazil’s local employment system and CLT labor law to manage local project teams and outsourced construction personnel. Ensure compliance with local social security, working hours, leave, termination, and tax requirements, mitigating labor disputes and local compliance risks.
4. Perform on-site integration and commissioning of AGV/AMR equipment with factory WMS/WCS systems. Troubleshoot technical, equipment, and interface issues, and prepare complete project documentation covering testing, acceptance, and post-project reviews.
5. Select, evaluate, and manage local subcontractors and engineering service providers in Brazil. Control construction quality, project costs, and delivery schedules; build a local supplier resource database and document overseas project implementation experience.
6. Anticipate risks related to local policies, employment, construction, and compliance in Brazil. Develop mitigation plans in advance to ensure reliable project implementation and support project expansion across Latin America.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, logistics engineering, project management, or a related field.
2. At least five years of experience managing logistics automation or AGV/AMR project delivery, with end-to-end leadership of large factory automation or warehouse robotics implementation projects and experience in automotive manufacturing projects.
3. Familiarity with local factory construction procedures and plant construction standards in Brazil, and in-depth knowledge of Brazilian CLT labor law and local employment, tax filing, and personnel management rules. Experience residing in Brazil for projects and managing local teams is preferred.
4. Solid AGV/AMR technical knowledge, including robot scheduling systems and warehouse automation integration logic, with the ability to independently resolve technical issues involving on-site commissioning, interfaces, and implementation.
5. Fluent English for unhindered business communication. Portuguese proficiency is preferred for effective communication with local teams and customers.
6. Excellent cross-cultural communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with major automotive customers and coordinate domestic and international teams and local outsourced resources.
7. Willingness to remain based at project sites in Brazil long term and undertake regional business travel. Ability to work under pressure; previous overseas project residency experience is preferred.
8. PMP certification and end-to-end overseas automation project delivery experience are advantages.

工作职责：
1、负责巴西区域AGV/AMR物流自动化项目全生命周期管理，统筹项目方案落地、现场部署、设备安装调试、系统联调、交付验收及回款全流程，严控项目进度、质量、成本及安全风险。
2、熟悉巴西本地建厂、产线改造落地流程，独立对接厂区基建、电气及配套施工资源，协调本地分包商、第三方服务商，完成自动化项目现场条件确认、施工配合及问题闭环，保障项目顺利进场施工。
3、精通巴西本地用工体系及CLT劳工法，负责项目本地团队、外包施工人员的统筹管理，熟悉本地社保、工时、休假、解雇、税务等合规要求，规避劳动纠纷与属地合规风险。
4、熟悉物流自动化系统，负责AGV/AMR设备与厂区WMS/WCS系统的现场集成调试，排查解决现场技术、设备及对接问题，输出测试、验收、复盘等全套项目文档。
5、筛选、评估、管理巴西本地分包商及工程服务商，管控施工质量、项目成本与交付周期，建立本地供应商资源库，沉淀海外项目落地经验。
6、预判巴西属地化政策、用工、施工、合规类风险，提前制定应对方案，保障项目稳定落地，为拉美区域项目拓展提供支撑。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、机电、物流工程、项目管理等相关专业。
2、5年及以上物流自动化、AGV/AMR项目交付管理经验，完整主导过大型工厂自动化、仓储机器人落地项目，有汽车制造行业项目经验。
3、熟悉巴西本地建厂流程、厂区施工标准，精通巴西CLT劳工法及本地用工、报税、人员管理规则，有巴西本地项目常驻及团队管理经验者优先。
4、扎实的AGV/AMR技术基础，熟悉机器人调度系统、仓储自动化集成逻辑，能独立解决现场调试、对接、落地各类技术问题。
5、语言能力：英语流利，可无障碍商务沟通；会葡萄牙语优先，可高效对接本地团队与客户。
6、具备优秀的跨文化沟通、多方协调及问题解决能力，能对接大型车企客户、统筹国内外团队及本地外包资源。
7、能长期常驻巴西项目现场，接受项目驻场及区域出差，抗压能力强，有海外项目常驻经验优先。
8、持有PMP项目管理证书、有海外自动化项目全流程交付经验者加分。
