About this task

Position: Engineering Project Manager, Mexico.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee implementation and delivery of overseas intelligent building systems projects, taking responsibility for schedule, quality, safety, cost and final delivery.
2. Prepare construction organization plans and implementation schedules, chair project meetings, and produce weekly, monthly and milestone reports.
3. Manage Chinese technical specialists and local labor teams or subcontractors. Evaluate local subcontractors and suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate terms and manage performance.
4. Coordinate with clients, designers, construction supervisors and local authorities; arrange construction permits and acceptance approvals.
5. Manage budgets, variations, progress payments and final settlements throughout the project lifecycle, taking responsibility for profitability. Coordinate equipment procurement, international logistics and customs clearance.
6. Coordinate local compliance covering employment, taxation, construction safety and mandatory certifications such as NOM, SASO and INMETRO. Organize final acceptance, document handover and project reviews.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline, including intelligent building systems, MEP, automation, communications, civil engineering or construction management.
2. More than five years of construction site management experience, with independent responsibility for at least one complete project. Intelligent building or low-voltage systems experience is preferred; MEP installation experience is highly relevant, and applicants from other engineering fields are welcome.
3. Overseas project experience is required. Experience in Mexico is preferred; experience in Southeast Asia, Latin America or the Middle East is also welcome.
4. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language. Spanish or Arabic is an advantage, not a mandatory requirement.
5. Ability to read construction drawings and independently develop detailed designs using CAD. Familiarity with installation methods and acceptance standards for structured cabling, surveillance, access control, equipment rooms, building automation and public address systems is preferred.
6. Strong cost and commercial awareness, with the ability to independently handle variations, progress payments and settlement disputes. Willingness to undertake long-term overseas assignments, with strong cross-cultural communication and resilience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Independent delivery of intelligent building or low-voltage systems projects; supporting intelligent systems or MEP projects for Chinese companies establishing overseas automotive, new energy or electronics factories.
- Project delivery experience across two or more overseas regions, such as Mexico and Vietnam, or the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
- First- or second-class Constructor certification in MEP, PMP certification, or System Integration Project Management Engineer certification.
- Local subcontractor, customs broker and logistics networks, and familiarity with local labor law, taxation and import compliance.
Compensation and benefits: monthly salary plus overseas allowance and milestone bonuses, subject to discussion. Five social insurance schemes, overseas commercial medical and accident insurance, housing allowance or free accommodation, consolidated leave during overseas assignments, overseas project experience and a clear promotion pathway.
Location: Initial assignment at an industrial park in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, on a resident project basis rather than business travel. Initial onboarding and project briefing take place at the Dongguan headquarters, followed by an extended site assignment through delivery.

1. 统筹海外智能化项目实施交付，抓进度、质量、安全、成本四条主线，对最终交付结果负责。
2. 编制施工组织设计与实施计划，主持项目例会，输出周报、月报及关键节点汇报。
3. 管理中方技术骨干及属地劳务、分包商，负责当地分包商、供应商的考察、比价、谈判与履约。
4. 对接业主、设计、监理及当地政府部门，办理施工许可与验收报批。
5. 负责预算、变更签证、进度款、结算等全周期成本管控，对利润率负责；统筹设备采购、国际物流与清关。
6. 统筹当地用工、税务、施工安全及强制认证（NOM／SASO／INMETRO等）合规；组织竣工验收、资料移交与复盘。
任职要求：
1. 本科，工程类相关专业，智能化、机电、自动化、通信、土木、工程管理等均可。
2. 五年以上工程现场管理经验，独立负责过完整项目；智能化、弱电优先，机电安装经验匹配，其他工程领域也欢迎。
3. 有海外项目经验，做过墨西哥项目的优先，东南亚、拉美、中东经验同样欢迎。
4. 英语能作为工作语言；西语或阿语加分，不作硬门槛。
5. 能读懂施工图并使用CAD独立深化设计；熟悉布线、监控、门禁、机房、BA、广播等弱电系统工艺与验收者优先。
6. 成本与商务意识强，能独立处理变更签证、进度款与结算争议；能长期驻外，跨文化沟通与抗压能力强。
加分项：
- 建筑智能化、弱电项目独立交付经验；中资企业海外建厂，尤其汽车、新能源、电子行业的配套智能化或机电项目经验。
- 跨两个及以上海外区域交付经验，如墨西哥与越南、中东与东南亚。
- 持一／二级建造师（机电）、PMP、系统集成项目管理工程师等证书。
- 有当地分包商、清关行、物流资源，熟悉当地劳工法、税务与进口合规。
