Smart Warehousing Project Manager (English-speaking)

About this task

Position: Smart Warehousing Project Manager, requiring English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Support overseas projects from presales research and solution design, then lead end-to-end project delivery. Develop implementation plans and milestones, and control schedule, cost, quality and safety objectives.
2. Participate in four-way shuttle solution design, including layout, equipment selection and process optimization. Coordinate overseas on-site installation, commissioning, integration testing, customer training and acceptance, and resolve technical challenges.
3. Coordinate domestic and overseas R&D, production and supply chain teams, and liaise with overseas customers, suppliers and subcontractors. Facilitate effective collaboration across time zones and cultures, supporting contract signing and repeat business.
4. Assess target-country regulations, industry standards and trade policies; prepare project compliance documentation; identify and manage risks involving cross-border logistics, exchange rates and differences in standards.
5. Provide overseas on-site technical support, develop localized implementation SOPs and risk case studies, and help improve project management practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics engineering, automation, mechanical and electronic engineering or a related discipline. Overseas study or long-term overseas work experience is preferred.
2. At least three years of automated warehousing project management experience, having led full-cycle delivery of at least one overseas four-way shuttle or AGV project, preferably in European or North American markets. Familiarity with core four-way shuttle technologies and warehousing solution design is required.
3. Strong command of project management methods; PMP certification is preferred. Proficiency with Project, AutoCAD and similar tools; understanding of WMS/WCS systems and overseas warehousing compliance requirements; basic knowledge of international logistics and customs procedures.
4. Fluent spoken and written English as a working language. German, French, Japanese, Korean or other additional language skills are preferred. Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
5. Results-oriented and resilient, with willingness to spend more than 60% of working time on overseas business travel. Strong learning, problem-solving, supplier management and cost-control abilities.

核心岗位职责：
1. 全周期项目管控：协助海外项目从售前调研、方案设计，主导整个项目交付全流程管控，制定实施计划与里程碑，管控进度、成本、质量及安全目标。

5. 本地化与经验沉淀：提供海外现场技术支持，沉淀本地化实施SOP与风险案例，支持团队优化项目管理体系。
任职资格要求：
1. 本科及以上，物流工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业优先；有海外留学或长期工作经历者优先。
2. 三年及以上自动化仓储项目管理经验，至少主导一个海外四向车或AGV相关项目全周期交付，欧美市场优先；熟悉四向车核心技术与仓储解决方案设计。
3. 精通项目管理方法论，持PMP证书优先；熟练使用Project、AutoCAD等工具；了解WMS/WCS系统及海外仓储合规要求，具备国际物流、关务基础认知。
4. 英语听说读写流利，作为工作语言；掌握德语、法语、日语、韩语等小语种者优先；具备优秀跨文化沟通与谈判能力。
5. 目标导向，抗压能力强，能接受60%以上海外出差；具备快速学习、问题解决及供应商管理与成本控制能力。
