Industrial Park Leasing Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Handle tenant recruitment negotiations and customer development for a local industrial park, including initial contact, negotiations, follow-up, contract signing, and move-in arrangements.
2. Maintain customer relationships and help customers resolve issues arising at their factories.
3. Maintain customer files, organize customer information, conduct regular customer visits, and assist companies with move-in procedures.
4. Conduct regular market research into competing factory rental properties in the local city and recommend adjustments to factory leasing strategies.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above and at least two years of tenant recruitment experience. Factory leasing experience and connections with companies expanding internationally are preferred. The role is based in Mexico.
2. Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and the business environment; English communication skills; and the ability to independently present projects, liaise with customers, and negotiate contracts.
3. Applicants holding a European, US, or Japanese visa are preferred.

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上招商经验；有工厂招租经验、有出海企业资源者优先，在墨西哥办公。
2. 熟悉当地法律法规及商业环境，具备英语沟通能力，能独立完成项目推介、客户对接及合同谈判。
3. 有欧美签证或日本签证者优先。
