SMT Equipment Management Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Apply in-depth knowledge of SMT equipment and troubleshoot faults to ensure normal operation.
2. Develop equipment maintenance plans and implement and supervise maintenance activities.
3. Understand SMT processes, equipment performance and control points, and IPC Class 3 standards.
4. Improve equipment utilization and production efficiency.
5. Train SMT technicians and operators, assess their job skills, and supervise their work.
6. Answer equipment-related technical questions during customer audits.

Requirements:
1. Be familiar with ASM, FUJI and test equipment and their troubleshooting to ensure normal operation.
2. Implement and supervise maintenance plans for SMT production lines.
3. Understand SMT processes, equipment performance and control points, and IPC Class 3 standards.
4. Improve equipment utilization and production efficiency.
5. Train assembly technicians and operators, assess their job skills, and supervise their work.
6. Answer equipment-related technical questions during customer audits.
7. Be familiar with coating and PCB depaneling processes.
8. Be familiar with commissioning and programming Yamaha and Inovance robotic manipulators, Mitsubishi and Omron PLCs, and Panasonic servo motors.
9. Assist with in-process product quality analysis.
10. Have basic English skills sufficient for everyday communication. After six months of onboarding at headquarters, an assignment to Spain is required.

3、了解SMT段工艺制程、设备性能及管制点，熟悉IPC 3级标准。
4、负责设备利用率改善，提升生产效率。
5、负责装配段技术员和操作人员的岗位技能培训、考核与监督。
6、解答客户审核中的设备相关专业问题。
7、熟悉涂覆、切板等工艺。
8、熟悉雅马哈、汇川等机械手，三菱、欧姆龙等PLC，以及松下等伺服电机的调试与编程。
9、协助过程产品质量分析。
10、具备英语基础，能进行日常交流；在总部入职半年后需外派至西班牙。
