Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Develop project development plans for injection-molded parts and implement project management requirements.
2. Control project development costs, organize and coordinate resources, and lead the team to ensure successful execution of project plans.
3. Maintain and improve customer relationships and stay informed about customer information and business developments.
4. Manage the department's day-to-day activities and manage, guide, train and evaluate its employees.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
1. Hold a college diploma in a mechanical engineering-related discipline.
2. Be familiar with project management requirements for automotive injection-molded components, APQP and PPAP, and have more than three years of project team management experience.
3. Be familiar with injection mold drawings and proficient in design software.
4. Be proficient in English or Spanish for use as a working language, including relevant technical terminology.
5. Have strong communication, organizational and coordination skills, and a collaborative approach.
6. Be in good health.
Other requirements: Be willing to travel to or accept assignments at overseas companies in Mexico or Serbia according to business needs.

3、维护并改善客户关系，及时掌握客户信息和业务动态。
4、负责部门日常管理及部门员工的管理、指导、培训和评估。
5、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、机械类专业，专科学历。
2、熟悉汽车注塑零部件项目管理要求，熟悉APQP、PPAP，有3年以上项目团队管理经验。
3、熟悉注塑模具图纸，能熟练使用设计软件。
4、英语或西语熟练，可以作为工作语言，掌握专业词汇。
5、具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力及团队合作精神。
6、身体健康。
其他要求：根据业务发展需要，能接受前往墨西哥、塞尔维亚海外公司出差或外派。
