About this task

Responsibilities:
- Create realistic scenarios in Russian or English covering professional, scientific, technical, legal, financial, and corporate environments.
- Adapt evaluation rubrics and review AI- and human-generated responses for accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism.
- Develop reference solutions reflecting best practices in professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology.

Requirements:
- Native-level Russian and strong professional English proficiency.
- At least five years of experience in professional services, technology, legal services, accounting, auditing, consulting, or project management.
- Knowledge of relevant workflows, compliance requirements, technical operations, and Russian business environments.
