Session Director – British English

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Direct voice contributors through scripted scenarios and coach them toward natural, conversational delivery.
- Establish scene context, improvise to fill dialogue gaps, and adapt wording for natural phrasing and regional authenticity.
- Monitor recording quality, including microphone technique, pacing, clarity, and background noise.
- Manage session timing and maintain organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
- Create a supportive environment for performers of varying experience levels.

Requirements:
- Native fluency in British English and a strong ear for natural, colloquial phrasing.
- Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent.
- Ability to give clear, actionable performance direction and improvise as needed.
- Working knowledge of recording and microphone techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills; experience with improv, theater, first-time talent, or audio software is an advantage.
