Life Sciences Localization Quality Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier alignment and performance across assigned accounts, including on-time delivery, adherence to client requirements, and linguistic quality.
- Serve as the primary client contact for language quality, lead quality discussions, maintain documentation, and present quality reports.
- Monitor supplier KPIs and customer objectives, escalate performance issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain quality frameworks and language assets, including glossaries, style guides, and translation memories.
- Coordinate with engagement and language services teams on supplier recommendations and capacity planning.

Requirements:
- Experience managing localization quality and language-service delivery in life sciences or other regulated markets.
- Ability to manage client relationships, supplier performance, and quality initiatives across accounts.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
